1. Services Offered

Discover Ireland Tours specializes in providing guided tourist tours across Ireland, with a particular focus on showcasing the stunning natural beauty and cultural heritage. Our tours are conducted in the English language and often feature various natural landscapes, including those captured in our promotional materials highlighting 10 large Irish nature images.

• Guided tours, varying in duration and itinerary.
• Transportation to and from designated tour locations.

2. Booking and Payments

All tour bookings must be made through our online platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a 90% refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable.
• Discover Ireland Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, operational issues). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour. This includes:

• Arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
• Following the instructions of the tour guide.
• Ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the chosen tour activities.
• Respecting local customs, traditions, and the environment, particularly the natural beauty of Ireland as often depicted in our imagery.

Discover Ireland Tours is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during a tour.

5. Limitations of Liability

Discover Ireland Tours acts only as an agent for the suppliers of tour services and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or in connection therewith.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific tour in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images (such as the 10 large pictures of Irish nature), and software, is the property of Discover Ireland Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.
